David Xu
Member of Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science.
In 1992, David entered the accounting industry and worked at an international accounting company in Toronto, Canada.
David joined KPMG Shanghai in 1997, and transferred to KPMG Beijing in July 2008.
David has been engaged in financial advisory services since April 2000. He has extensive experience in assisting multinational companies investing in China and helping clients understand local regulations applicable to business in China. He also plays an important role in assisting clients coordinating their integration activities post acquisition.
Over the past few years, David has successfully helped many foreign private equity and venture capital enterprises in investing in China. In addition, David has assisted numerous Chinese companies investing abroad in both developed markets, such as the US and Europe, and developing markets, such as Latin America and Africa.
